  • What deposit method do you accept?

  • What is the minimum and maximum deposit amount?

  • How long does it take to process my deposit?

  • How can I make a withdrawal?

    Your withdrawal method should be the same as your chosen deposit method. For example, if you make a deposit via Local Bank Transfer, you will have to withdraw using the same payment method.

    If you would like to make a withdrawal with bank account which is not the same as your original deposit bank account, please contact our Customer Support team who may be able assist you.

  • What is the minimum and maximum withdrawal amount?

  • Can I cancel a withdrawal request and how do I do it?

    You can cancel your withdrawal request anytime within 48 hours of submission, this can be done from within your account, simply click on the CANCEL WITHDRAWAL button within the cashier then select the pending transaction that you wish to cancel. If your withdrawal request has exceeded 48 hours since the requested time, then please contact Customer Support

  • What identification do I need to supply for making a withdrawal?

    You do not need to provide any identification for making a withdrawal. However, there may be an occasion that we will request a copy of your proof of ID front and back and a copy of a recent utility bill for security reason.

  • How long will it take me to receive my withdrawal?

    This will vary depending on your chosen withdrawal method.
